SCOPE
- Generation.
- Steam generation.
- Solar water detoxification.
- Selective coatings.
ACTIVITIES
Projects have been done on direct steam generation in absorbing pipes for power generation and the development of mirrors and sunscreens.
MAJOR WORKS AND RECENT PROYECTS
A project on the process of detoxification through water photocatalysts is undergoing.
EQUIPMENT
To perform these projects the lab has eight modules of parabolic mirrors with a total area of 700 m2.
Peripheral equipment such as a steam engine, flow meters, a proportional valve, a PC, and a weather station.
