The purpose of this unit, part of the Academic Secretary, is the design, implementation, management and maintenance of database systems and systematization of procedures that are directly related to that secretary, as well as the data collection and preparation for presentations of the Institute reports.

Among the activities undertaken in this unit are:

1. Development, operation and updating of databases

2. Collect and organize data for preparing presentations and reports from the Institute to CTIC, rectory, etc.

3. Prepare and process data for the annual report of the Institute

4. Prepare the annual report of the Institute

5. Elaborate the necessary paperwork for short stays outside the Institute.

6. Support to the Internal Council subcommittees (SBDAII, CReCE)

7. Support to all units of the Academic Secretary
